Security Retainer

The WhyteRock Security Retainer™ is a nominal administrative and business continuity retainer established to support the maintenance of an active professional relationship for prospective advisory, consulting, strategic, operational, research, creative, or support-related services through WhyteRock.

This retainer is intended to facilitate reasonable administrative readiness, client onboarding continuity, scheduling coordination, preliminary project organization, and related business support activities associated with future approved engagements.

Retainer Purpose

The WhyteRock Security Retainer™ may support:

• Administrative intake and onboarding continuity

• Preliminary project review and coordination

• Scheduling readiness and communication support

• Organizational and operational continuity

• Client relationship maintenance

• General business administration associated with future approved services

Retainer Structure

• The retainer amount is administrative in character; 

• The retainer is not compensation for guaranteed labor or deliverables;

• The retainer does not reserve exclusive service availability or project priority;

• However, the retainer may, where appropriate, be credited toward future approved services at WhyteRock’s discretion; and 

• All future engagements remain subject to separate written approval, project scoping, and mutual agreement
